1. Account and authority
You must provide accurate account information and have authority to accept these terms for any organization you represent.
2. Services and orders
Confirmed orders incorporate the product, configuration, price, tax, and billing-term snapshot shown at checkout.
3. Payment and renewal
Services renew automatically when enabled. Failed renewal may lead to suspension after 3 days and deletion after 7 days.
4. Suspension and termination
We may suspend services posing a security, legal, or abuse risk. Material actions are recorded in an audit trail.
